Origins of Anthroposophy

Subject: Origins of Anthroposophy
I just stumbled across a memorable RS quote:
"John [Lazarus-John
the Evangelist] received
the Book of Revelation from regions where Anthroposophy dwelt
before descending to human beings."
- "The Book of Revelation and the Work of the Priest"
[GA 346] Lecture 9 (Dornach, 13 December 1924).
I wish the lurkers or monitors from PLANS
would repeat this quote on their WC list and compare it to Peter
Staudenmaier's confused and misguided nonsense in "Anthroposophy
and Ecofascism", where he describes the origins of Anthroposophy
as follows:
"Anthroposophy and National
Socialism both have deep roots in the confluence of nationalism,
right-wing populism, proto-environmentalist romanticism and esoteric
spiritualism that characterized much of German and Austrian culture
at the end of the nineteenth century."
